What the Current Codes Give You
RDCAward — The RDC Decoration
RDC is the Roblox Developer Conference, where Grow a Garden had a notable appearance in 2025. The RDC Award cosmetic came out alongside that event — it's a small trophy item you can place in your garden. Not gameplay-affecting, but it's one of the few items tied to a specific moment in the game's history.
Supply is limited by awareness. Most players never knew the code existed. If you want it, grab it before it expires — these event-adjacent codes don't stick around forever.
BEANORLEAVE10 — Green Bean Chamber Decoration
BEANORLEAVE10 is a currently active Grow a Garden code that grants players the exclusive Green Bean Chamber decoration. This specific item is inspired by the fan-favorite Green Bean pet and offers a unique, biological aesthetic for any garden layout. While many codes in the game focus on temporary boosters or small currency amounts, BEANORLEAVE10 provides a permanent cosmetic that remains in your inventory indefinitely once claimed. It’s highly recommended to redeem this code as soon as possible, as decorative codes like this often have unpredictable expiration dates. Whether you are a dedicated curator of rare garden items or just starting your journey, this Green Bean Chamber is a must-have piece for your collection that adds significant visual value to your farming space.
torigate — Is It Active or Expired? (May 2026 Answer)
torigate returned to active status on May 9, 2026 after a period of being temporarily unavailable. As of May 16, 2026, torigate IS active. It gives players the Whispering Torii gate decoration, a sought-after Japanese-inspired cosmetic for your garden. If you tried to redeem this code previously and it failed, now is the time to attempt it again. Note that if you redeemed it during its initial launch in early 2026, it will show 'Already Redeemed' — you cannot claim this reward a second time on the same account.
Expired Codes (Don't Bother Trying These)
These came up in our inbox and from players asking — they're all gone.
| Code | What It Gave | When It Expired |
|---|---|---|
| LUNARGLOW10 | Lunar Glow cosmetic | January 2026 |
| MUTATION | Wet Fertilizer ×5 | Late 2025 |
| SHECKLES | 50,000 Sheckles | Early game, long expired |
| PETLOVE | Common Egg ×1 | Valentine's 2025 |
| BLOOM2025 | Rare Seed Pack | Spring 2025 |
| SPRING2025 | Sprout Fertilizer | April 30, 2025 |
| DISCORD50K | Discord milestone reward | Mid 2025 |
| BLOODMOON | Event decoration | Event-specific, expired |
If someone shares one of these in a Discord server or YouTube comment, it's not working. The date on other sites doesn't matter — if it's not in the active list above, it's dead.
When Do New Codes Drop?
There's no fixed schedule for Grow a Garden codes. The developers at The Garden Game don't announce them in advance, which is part of why players miss them.
From what's happened historically:
- Admin Abuse events are the most reliable trigger. When the dev team runs a special in-game event where they spawn rare items and chaos directly into servers, a code sometimes drops alongside it. These events get announced on the official Discord first.
- Major updates occasionally come with a code. The Easter 2026 update (Part 4, April 27) included a new code. The Smithing Event earlier this year did not. There's no pattern that makes it predictable.
- Game milestones used to matter more. Grow a Garden is now confirmed as the biggest Roblox game of all time — the player numbers that once triggered celebration codes are long since passed, so milestone codes are rarer now.
The honest answer: check this page before you play. If something dropped in the last 24 hours, it'll be at the top.
Why Codes Expire So Fast
Grow a Garden codes are designed to be limited. The game's economy is careful about free items — too many codes giving seeds or currency would make grinding irrelevant.
The decorative codes (like the two active right now) expire a bit slower because they don't affect gameplay. The one time a code gave actual Sheckles (the SHECKLES code at launch), it expired within a couple of weeks.
If you see a code posted somewhere, redeem it immediately. Coming back later often means finding it's gone.
Free Rewards Without Codes
Codes aren't the main way to get free stuff in Grow a Garden. These methods give consistent returns:
Daily Quests
Three quests reset every 24 hours. Completing them gives seeds, Sheckles, and occasional eggs. If you log in every day and do nothing else, the quest rewards add up to meaningful progress over a week.
Season Pass (Current: Season 4)
Season 4 runs until May 9, 2026. Leveling up the pass gives pets and cosmetics, including Rainbow Cerberus (Divine rarity) at Level 47. It's free to participate — no purchase needed unless you want to buy levels.
Events
Every major event drops exclusive pets and items. The Easter 2026 event gave Easter Bunny (Divine, 1% drop rate), Marshmallow Lamb, Easter Egg Chick, and Chocolate Bunny pets through the Easter Egg. You can't retroactively get them, but the next event will have its own pool.
Trading
Experienced players sometimes offload duplicate items at below-market value. The Community Forum on this site is one place to find these trades — safer than Discord DMs because the post history is public.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is torigate still active?
Yes! torigate is back active as of May 9, 2026. It gives the Whispering Torii gate decoration.
Can I use the same code twice?
No. Each code works once per Roblox account. If you see "Already Redeemed" you've used it before, even if you don't remember doing it.
Do codes work in private servers?
Yes. Server type doesn't matter for code redemption.
Do codes give pets or rare seeds?
Rarely. The current codes give cosmetic decorations. Historical codes have given fertilizers, eggs, and Sheckles, but pet-giving codes have not been part of the regular cycle. Event-specific pets come through the event mechanics, not codes.
How do I get notified when a new code drops?
The fastest method is the official Grow a Garden Discord server (discord.gg/gwQvzBS3Ea) — turn on notifications for #announcements specifically. Bookmarking this page works too; we post new codes within a few hours of confirmation.
Are there codes in the Smithing Event?
The Smithing Event did not come with a code when it ran. Events don't always include codes — it depends on the developers' decision for that specific update.

This is the codes page for GardenCalc, a Grow a Garden Plant Value Calculator and reference site. We check for new codes every day and remove expired ones the same day they stop working.
If you find a code that isn't listed here, use the Contact us page and we'll verify and add it within a few hours.
The "last checked" date at the top of this page updates every time we verify the active list — even on days when no new codes drop. If that date is today, the list is current.
